Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Experts Mechanic provides complete automotive services, including but not limited to general repair, routine maintenance, electrical work, diagnostics, detailing, and roadside assistance. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle we deem unsafe or unserviceable.

2. Bookings, Estimates, and Approvals

• Estimates: Any price estimate provided prior to a physical inspection of the car is a preliminary estimate. Final pricing may change depending on actual diagnostics.
• Approvals: We will not perform additional unauthorized repairs beyond the initial agreement without your explicit consent via phone call, text, or WhatsApp.

3. WhatsApp Business Communication

By scheduling a service or submitting your contact details, you grant Experts Mechanic permission to send transaction-related messages via the WhatsApp Business API.

• These communications include booking confirmations, real-time car status updates, direct repair estimates, and invoices.
• You may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying with "STOP" or contacting us at experts.mechanics@gmail.com, though doing so may delay updates regarding your car's service status.

4. Customer Obligations & Vehicle Authorization

By leaving your vehicle with Experts Mechanic, you certify that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit permission from the owner to authorize repairs. You grant our technicians permission to operate the vehicle on public streets for testing, diagnostics, and delivery purposes.

5. Payment and Vehicle Release

Full payment is required upon completion of services and prior to the release of the vehicle. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and secure online payment methods. Experts Mechanic retains a legal mechanic's lien on the vehicle until all outstanding service fees are cleared.

6. Liability Disclaimer & Vehicle Storage

While your vehicle is in our possession, we take the utmost care to keep it secure. However, Experts Mechanic is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before drop-off.
• Unforeseen acts of nature, fire, or theft beyond our reasonable control.
• Vehicles left uncollected for more than 48 hours post-service completion, which may incur storage fees.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
